Well, it might provide some competitive advantage or it may just give you a nice warm feeling. Either way you get to have this panel for a pittance.
All we want is to cover costs and they are LOW -

Most tales of ‘Elf and safety gone mad’ fail to provide any information about the person or body giving the ‘advice’ especially their qualification to pronounce on such matters. Please try to provide some information on this aspect of the story if possible.
